Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant/Office Administrator to join our team at Hitachi Solutions. As an HR Assistant/Office Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Human Resources Manager with recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and employee engagement
  • Maintaining office supplies, managing meeting rooms, and working with the building manager to maintain security processes
  • Organizing employee gifts and awards, and employee events

You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and development of our company.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of administrative procedures and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office productivity tools
  • A strong sense of responsibility and autonomy

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a fixed salary from €27,500 to €32,000, and a comprehensive career development program.
