Contechs Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Dealer Development Lead to join our client's team on a contract basis.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Project management, ensuring timely delivery of all resources and projects
  2. Coordinating onboarding activities and overseeing training for dealers
  3. Stakeholder communication, internal and external, to ensure seamless collaboration and project success
  4. Developing and implementing network plans to support growth and future strategies
  5. Reporting on progress and readiness, using milestones and KPIs to measure success

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. 2-4 years of experience in project management, with a focus on dealership activations
  2. Familiarity with dealership operations, including structures and requirements for launching new locations
  3. Knowledge of automotive systems, such as SAP and dealer portals, and ability to manage technical onboarding
  4. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and time management skills
  5. Desirable experience in network planning or dealer activation projects
