Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Project management, ensuring timely delivery of all resources and projects
- Coordinating onboarding activities and overseeing training for dealers
- Stakeholder communication, internal and external, to ensure seamless collaboration and project success
- Developing and implementing network plans to support growth and future strategies
- Reporting on progress and readiness, using milestones and KPIs to measure success
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-4 years of experience in project management, with a focus on dealership activations
- Familiarity with dealership operations, including structures and requirements for launching new locations
- Knowledge of automotive systems, such as SAP and dealer portals, and ability to manage technical onboarding
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and time management skills
- Desirable experience in network planning or dealer activation projects
