Automotive Sales Contracts Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Automotive Sales Contracts Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in negotiating and managing customer contracts, ensuring that our business objectives are met while minimizing risk.
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and supporting negotiations of customer general terms and conditions, requests for proposal, handbooks, manuals, and correspondence. You will also assist with the management of claims, letters, disputes, and commercial matters with customers.
Additional responsibilities include developing and delivering regular training and outreach campaigns to sales, management, and program personnel. You will work closely with business groups, regional counsel, and customer business units to assess risk and assist the business in creating risk mitigation plans.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in a similar role, with strong commercial and procurement review, drafting, and negotiation skills. Experience working on the full life cycle of contract negotiation and management is essential, with a preference for Tier One Automotive Industry experience.
This position is based in Nanterre, France, and offers a competitive salary of approximately €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a results-driven professional with excellent organizational and communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
