Your Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for Finance business lines and project managers, addressing requests for upgrades and enhancements. Serve as a functional and application authority in the area. Ensure the quality of service delivered to the business, overseeing both direct reports and external contracts. Manage corrective and application maintenance tasks, including support, request processing, and problem resolution. Ensure proper functionality of tools and procedures, particularly concerning operational closures. Liaise with the IT team regarding application development, parameterization, and technical production, ensuring adherence to standards and processes.Your Mission Includes:
Reporting and analytics. Leading governance committees focused on application management. Participating in IS Finance project and steering committees. Daily management of the team and workload allocation. Drafting and validating specifications as needed. Ensuring compliance with business and technical standards. Monitoring team schedules in alignment with management objectives. Communicating any deviations to management. Managing operational relationships with suppliers and partners.Candidate Profile:
You possess a 5-year degree with a focus on Finance and/or IT (such as MIAGE).
Required Experience:
A minimum of 10 years in project management consulting within a corporate or consulting environment, with a solid understanding of project management. Functional and technical expertise in Coupa systems. Experience in managing a RUN/MCO team. Familiarity with ITIL processes or equivalent. Knowledge of SI PROCUREMENT and FINANCIAL systems.Essential Skills:
