To enhance its footprint in the European market, particularly focusing on an underserved B2C segment, the company is establishing the role of Vice President of Revenue Strategy. This executive position will be pivotal in driving performance at the convergence of marketing and sales.

The successful candidate will possess approximately ten years of expertise in revenue generation and online customer acquisition strategies within B2C environments, with a preference for experience in B2B2C models. They should have a proven track record in managing visibility, brand recognition, conversion, and retention strategies for international digital players. Experience overseeing the complete user acquisition funnel for B2C application users is essential.

With inherent leadership qualities, the ideal candidate will have substantial experience in leading multicultural teams and effectively coordinating marketing and sales efforts.

For those aspiring to thrive in a global setting, fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in an additional language, especially German, is highly advantageous.

Reporting directly to the CEO, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Growth and Leadership: Formulate and execute revenue enhancement strategies to position Blue Search Conseil as a premier Edtech entity in Europe, particularly in France and the DACH region.
  • Team Leadership: Direct Marketing and Sales teams to optimize revenue potential and ensure cohesive marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Commercial Success: Ensure the recent application launch serves as a significant growth catalyst for the organization.
  • Acquisition Strategy:
    • Develop a B2B2C marketing strategy to attract new partners in the French and DACH markets, generating qualified inbound leads for the sales teams.
    • Enhance user acquisition for qualified end users by refining paid and organic campaigns (SEO, PPC, paid social, ASO) and crafting an acquisition strategy for the applications.
    • Boost user conversion and retention rates across both web and application platforms.
    • Oversee marketing budgets with a focus on results to optimize customer and partner acquisition expenditures.
  • Brand and Communication Strategy: Define and lead the overarching brand and communication strategy, emphasizing brand visibility and consistency across all channels, including content marketing, social media, public relations, newsletters, and partnerships.
  • Partner Engagement: Enhance engagement and interactions of existing partners with end users through automated marketing initiatives.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze user data and conduct competitive intelligence on market trends, international competition, user insights, partner data, and acquisition pathways to inform marketing and sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
