Director of Vertical Growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth in focus categories through strategic planning and execution
  • Develop and implement category strategies to optimize performance and market share
  • Manage partnerships and collaborations to drive business development and revenue growth
  • Lead and manage a team of category managers to achieve business objectives
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure successful category management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • 10+ years of experience in management consulting and e-commerce, with a strong background in category management and leadership
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
  • Excellent leadership and commercial skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of direct reports
