In the capacity of Regional Ice Cream Growth Director, you will be entrusted with the exhilarating task of defining our strategic direction and operational execution throughout Europe, Central Eurasia, and GEM (Global Emerging Markets). This essential position is tailored for a strategic visionary and energetic leader who excels in collaborative environments and embraces innovation. If you are driven by the challenge of crafting strategic business frameworks, mentoring high-achieving teams, and orchestrating over 60 market strategies, we invite you to lead our ice cream growth initiatives and contribute to our sustained success.
Key Qualifications:We seek a multifaceted Demand professional, passionate about fostering business expansion and leading dynamic teams, with approximately 10+ years of comprehensive experience in Sales, Category Management, Marketing, or Strategy. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Strategic Insight: Outstanding strategic acumen, capable of steering and advising markets through growth initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams and leverage insights to formulate informed strategic recommendations and develop actionable plans that drive our business forward.
- Business Savvy: A comprehensive understanding of the business landscape, including P&L management and sales execution. You will inspire and challenge teams across 60+ markets, ensuring strategic alignment and commitment to optimal execution. Your strong listening abilities and results-driven approach will be essential in achieving impactful results.
- Influence and Leadership: A profound understanding of how to effectively engage markets and key stakeholders, driving performance to new heights. You will navigate complex market dynamics with ease and cultivate robust relationships.
- Global Outlook: International experience is a significant asset, providing a broad perspective to our operations. Proficiency in English is essential, enabling effective communication in our diverse and multicultural setting.
This role is responsible for leading the Acceleration (Business Development) of the Ice Cream division across all EMEA markets: Europe & Central Eurasia + GEM.
- Propel business growth by developing and co-creating strategic business frameworks with key markets, as well as co-piloting regional long-term growth planning strategies (iVCP).
- Guide the Ice Cream markets community (Sales Directors, Category Leads, Brand Managers) in implementing Ice Cream strategic pillars, fostering quality growth, sharing best practices, and enhancing capabilities.
- Ensure accountability for the execution of Markets' operating plans across all strategic levers.
- Regional Strategy Development: Collaborate to create and implement regional strategies and long-term growth plans for our Ice Cream business across EMEA markets and communities.
- Market Collaboration: Work closely with market leadership teams to formulate ambitious and sustainable long-term Ice Cream growth plans.
- Community Engagement: Foster broader Ice Cream community involvement in support of growth objectives, creating a collaborative and motivated atmosphere.
- Performance Monitoring: Partner with the Ice Cream business co-pilot to establish and track market KPIs and Operating Plan targets.
