Job Title: AWS GenAI Account Manager

Are you passionate about working with startups and driving business growth? Do you have a strong technical background and excellent sales skills? We're seeking an experienced AWS GenAI Account Manager to join our team and help us acquire and grow our GenAI customer base.

About the Role:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of GenAI customers, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute value proposition-based sales strategies to differentiate AWS services in a competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and solution architecture, to drive complex sales engagements and transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with GenAI founders, CxOs, and other key stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Meet or exceed revenue, deal, and goal targets, driving pipeline and deal velocity across a territory of GenAI customers.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in commercial deal shaping, pricing, negotiation, and closure.
  • Strong technical background and excellent sales skills.
  • Ability to work across senior, complex customer and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in GenAI or a related field is a plus.
