About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Plastics Specialist to join our team at SUEZ. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the commercialization of plastics, developing commercial relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including key account management and negotiation of sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial plans.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the plastics market, including trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on plastics and recyclable materials.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and increasing market share.
  • Strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the plastics industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
