Key Responsibilities- Business Strategy Development: Participate in the development of business strategies that align with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
- Revenue Growth: Maximize profitability and revenue by directing the operation of the hotel.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to support employee engagement and motivation.
- Customer Satisfaction: Achieve customer satisfaction goals by supervising Front Office operations and developing yield management strategies to increase occupancy and average rate.
- Leadership: Utilize leadership skills and motivation techniques to maximize productivity and satisfaction of direct reports.
- Hotel Operations: Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees, and adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of work experience in hotel management, including experience managing to brand standards and owner relationships.
- Skills: Ability to resolve conflicts, collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers, and knowledge of hotel operations including business planning, budget forecasting, quality assurance programs, hospitality law, and long-range planning.
