Sales Director

Aptar Pharma Injectables is a world leader in the manufacture of high-end elastomer components in direct contact with injectable drugs. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for prospecting new customers and identifying opportunities to grow our business. You will also be in charge of certain customer accounts, defining development policies and priorities, and proposing means and actions to achieve these objectives.
Key responsibilities include coordinating prospecting efforts with the EMEA Sales Director and regional director, leading the Biotech prospecting plan, and participating in standardizing references and promoting new products and services.
You will also be responsible for monitoring and coordinating the activities of agents and distributors, proposing and setting up a new agency/distribution network where none exists, and updating the competitive intelligence database.
Additionally, you will contribute to updating marketing and communication activities, ensure the solvency of customers and prospects, and handle collections. You will also collect and update information needed to prepare sales forecasts and monitor and respect the annual budget for the zone.
Requirements include a Master's degree in Business school or a related field, fluency in English, and other foreign languages as an advantage. You should also possess team spirit, analytical skills, synthesis skills, ability to negotiate in complex situations, ability to prioritize, and perseverance and patience.
