As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting new customers, identifying new business opportunities, and managing existing customer relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating prospecting efforts with the EMEA Sales Director and regional director
  • Leading the Biotech prospecting plan and reporting to Aptar Pharma Injectables management
  • Standardizing references and promoting new products and services
  • Monitoring and coordinating agent and distributor activities
  • Proposing and setting up new agency/distribution networks
  • Updating competitive intelligence databases
  • Contributing to marketing and communication activities
  • Ensuring customer solvency and handling collections
  • Collecting and updating sales forecast information
  • Monitoring and respecting annual budgets

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business or related field
  • Fluent English, other foreign languages an advantage
  • Team spirit, analytical skills, synthesis skills, negotiation skills, prioritization skills, adaptability, perseverance, and patience
