About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Commercial Development Apprentice. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and develop strategies to increase sales.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiation and Sales: Negotiate and close deals with clients, manage sales pipelines, and achieve sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and provide insights to inform business strategy.

Requirements:

  • Education: Currently enrolled in a commercial or business-related program (BTS, DUT, Licence Pro, or equivalent).
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong organizational and autonomous abilities, and a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Personal Qualities: Dynamic and enthusiastic, resilient and persistent, strong interpersonal skills, and analytical and synthetic thinking.
