Job Title: Retail Sales Executive

Cassina is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Sales Executive to join our team in London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive customer loyalty and increase sales.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide timely and comprehensive sales reports to the executive team, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or hospitality preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in the luxury furnishings industry.
  • Existing relationships within the top A&D firms in London.
  • Solid experience in retail and sales.
  • Proven sales experience and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, while also being a team player.
