About the Role

This is a senior leadership position within Deliveree's Operations Management team, responsible for driving business growth and excellence through strategic planning, operational efficiency, and effective stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Management: Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and issue resolution.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing team of direct reports, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to ensure their success and growth.
  • Change Management: Lead and facilitate organizational change initiatives, ensuring seamless execution, minimal disruption, and maximum adoption.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior operations or management role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and excellence.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
