Join Our Team as an Operational Quality Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Quality Director to lead our new Group Operational Excellence Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving top- and bottom-line store performance by continuously improving in-store execution.

About the Role

The Operational Quality Director will be responsible for:

  • Organizing the team and defining the roadmap, objectives, and strategic projects for the pole
  • Leading the definition and efficient rollout of Group operational standards and quality tools/processes for all businesses operated
  • Managing a team of operations managers in the day-to-day, ensuring support and interactions with countries are well covered and addressed
  • Directly supporting countries for field issues and projects, with a hands-on and field approach
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 10 years of professional experience in Retail Operations and Operational Quality
  • Experience in Duty Free, Foodservice, Travel Essentials, or several of these
  • Field/store experience highly appreciated
  • International experience would be a plus
