About the Role

As the Head of Product Marketing at Flowie, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our product marketing strategy to drive growth and market leadership. You will play a critical role in defining our product's value proposition, leading go-to-market strategies, and ensuring our product offerings resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop and articulate clear, compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates Flowie in the marketplace.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates, ensuring all aspects of the launch process are coordinated and optimized for impact.
  • Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the tools and knowledge needed to effectively sell Flowie's products, including sales training, product demos, presentations, and competitive analysis.
  • Customer Advocacy and Engagement: Partner with the customer success team to understand customer feedback and use this data to influence product enhancements and marketing campaigns.
  • Demand Generation Collaboration: Work closely with the demand generation team to design and execute campaigns that drive product awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing product marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization: Analyze the effectiveness of product marketing strategies and initiatives, using data to make informed decisions and optimize performance.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in Product Marketing, with experience in a high growth scale ups.
  • Proficiency in both English and French (other languages are a plus : German, Spanish...)
  • Proven track record in SaaS B2B sales.
  • Nice to have: Experience in Procurement and Finance sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
