About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Socio-Educational Project Coordinator at UNHAJ. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in the realization of our socio-educational project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement residential program plans, ensuring a comprehensive and supportive environment for our residents.
  • Provide individual and group support to residents, focusing on housing, budgeting, and social integration, as well as access to rights and mobility.
  • Design and lead collective actions in areas that promote youth emancipation, such as housing, nutrition, health, and access to rights.
  • Foster resident participation in our organization's life by promoting the Council of Social Life.
  • Manage residential contracts, conduct property inspections, and handle other administrative tasks related to housing.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and renewal of partnerships.
  • Support the creation, implementation, and evaluation of our socio-educational project.

Requirements

  • Minimum diploma level 5 (formerly level III) in social or education-related fields (DEES, DEAS, DEFA, DEJEPS, DUT in social careers, etc.).
  • Proficiency in digital tools (Word, Excel, Google Drive) and communication tools.
  • Knowledge of young people, youth actors, and social policies.
  • Experience in animation and project methodology.
  • Required qualities: autonomy, rigor, prioritization, dynamism, ability to take initiatives, and accountability.

Compensation and Benefits

CCN Habitat and Logement Accompagnés, Emploi-repère 16 (2133.09 € over 12 months + 13th month + Prime Ségur), with possible seniority reintegration.

Evening hours required at least 2 times a week. A valid VL permit is necessary.
