About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our TMT Sector Team at ING Wholesale Banking. As a Senior TMT Banking Specialist, you will play a key role in building and growing our business with French clients across all ING banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and execute corporate and project financings related to TMT technologies, including preparation of marketing/pitch material, pitching/structuring/underwriting/executing new transactions, and onboarding of clients/borrowers.
  • Supervise the portfolio management team and support in case of significant events on the loan portfolio and distressed/provisioned credits.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as Credit Risk Management, Legal, compliance, Operations, and Sustainability, to deliver complex and dynamic transactions.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in TMT transactions.
  • Mastering of French and English.
  • Team player, self-motivated, high-quality/high-quantity producer, detail-oriented, and accurate.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, strong Excel skills, and ability to independently work on financial debt projection models.
  • Knowledge of French TMT market environment is a must.
