Regional Sales Director, Commerce Cloud Experts

As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Account Executives Specialists, driving the Commerce Cloud business for Enterprise and Mid Market customers.
You will be accountable for ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team, including recruiting, hiring, and training new team members on the sales process.
You will report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a winning team through recruiting, hiring, and training.
- Coaching direct reports on strategies to drive sales wins.
- Providing accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to senior sales management.
- Monitoring sales activity and tracking results.
- Developing and implementing successful sales campaigns.
We're looking for Sales Leaders with a successful track record in selling E-commerce platforms, especially Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Key attributes include:
- Experience in sales coaching and mentoring.
- Prior experience working within the Software/Infrastructure/Platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) space.
