As Regional Sales Director, you will be pivotal in leading and motivating our sales teams within this region, driving the region's success, and infusing the same vigor and dedication that have made our company a force to be reckoned with on the global stage.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Net New Revenue: Focus on driving new customer acquisition and ensuring account executives are held accountable for generating a robust sales pipeline and meeting targets on a repeatable and consistent basis.
- Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, creating and managing a sales team that consistently meets and exceeds targets.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive business growth and expansion in the Southern European Region.
We are looking for a sales leader with exemplary skills and experience in building and leading sales teams in a high-growth SaaS scale-up business. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving sales growth, leading high-performing teams, and developing and executing strategic sales plans.
