Lynx RH Angers recherche un(e) Charge(e) de Développement/Commercial Mobilier Urbain pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique.
Notre client, une entreprise familiale spécialisée dans la conception, la fabrication et la mise en œuvre de charpentes et bâtiments agricoles et industriels, recherche un(e) professionnel(le) motivé(e) pour développer ses activités commerciales.
Missions- Prospection et Développement Commercial : identifier et cibler de nouveaux marchés au sein des mairies, collectivités territoriales et institutions publiques pour promouvoir nos solutions de mobilier urbain.
- Fidélisation des Clients : établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients existants (mairies, conseils départementaux, etc.) afin de favoriser la récurrence des projets et la satisfaction client.
- Négociation et Contrats : négocier les termes des contrats, établir des devis en lien avec le bureau, suivre les appels d'offres publics et assurer la signature des projets en conformité avec les réglementations en vigueur.
- Analyse de Marché : suivre les tendances du marché du mobilier urbain, anticiper les besoins des collectivités et proposer des solutions adaptées aux spécificités de chaque projet.
- Représentation de l'entreprise : participer à des salons professionnels et événements publics pour représenter la marque et promouvoir notre gamme de produits.
Pré-requis

Profil recherché
- Expérience réussie dans la vente dans le secteur du mobilier ou des espaces verts/extérieurs.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation.
- Capacité à établir des relations durables avec une clientèle exigeante.
- Autonomie, dynamisme et flexibilité pour des déplacements fréquents en clientèle.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais est un plus.
