About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in France. As a key member of our Projects division, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities- Stay up-to-date on market developments and identify opportunities for growth.
- Recruit and develop talent to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Negotiate contracts and explore partnerships to drive sales growth.
- Lead sales teams for direct and indirect customer segments.
- Develop geographic expansion and sales strategies.
- Engage with clients at all levels to influence purchasing decisions.
