Position: Administrative Coordinator
- Assist the Office Manager in welcoming guests, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and overseeing parcel deliveries.
- Organize travel arrangements including transportation and accommodation for staff during business trips.
- Support general facility management activities.
- Contribute to various administrative projects as needed.
- Oversee the ordering and distribution of employee identification badges.
- Manage relationships with suppliers effectively.
- Monitor and track budget expenditures.
- Assist the Event Manager in planning and executing events both domestically and internationally.
- Handle inventory management and procure materials for events.
- Engage in research and coordination efforts for events catering to VIP attendees.
- Gain valuable insights and experience in organizational management.
Candidate Profile: We seek a proactive, self-sufficient, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. Strong organizational skills, adaptability, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and fluency in English are essential.
