What We Do
We utilize AI-driven technology to monitor and optimize orthodontic treatment for doctors and patients worldwide. Our innovative solutions include the Scanbox, a handy tool for intraoral observation, and a patient platform for seamless communication.
The Role
We are looking for a seasoned professional to manage our monthly billing process, ensuring timely and accurate customer payments. Key responsibilities include:
- Customer data updates
- Cash collection and payment follow-up
- Customer request management
- Litigation follow-up with Customer Service and Sales
- Billing discrepancies investigation and resolution
- System integration and migration projects
- Compliance with international invoicing regulations, tax laws, and customs requirements
- Mentorship and guidance to junior billing specialists
- Process improvement identification and implementation
- Automation of billing processes for increased efficiency
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Fluent verbal and written English and French
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Billing Specialist or in a similar role, with a focus on international billing processes
- Proficiency in using billing software and financial systems (NetSuite, Salesforce) and Excel knowledge
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and handle a high volume of billing transactions
- Strong expertise in international invoicing regulations, tax laws, and customs requirements across multiple countries and regions
