Support Specialist for Product Maintenance

Mission
L'équipe de support client de Safran Landing Systems est en charge du pilotage et de la coordination des activités de support client à destination des compagnies aériennes et des MRO. Dans le cadre du lancement de la campagne de maintenances générales des trains d'atterrissage d'un programme majeur, notre équipe se mobilise pour assurer la disponibilité des pièces de rechange, le support technique, et la documentation associée. Ce projet est mené dans un contexte fortement international.
Responsabilités
En tant que stagiaire au sein de l'équipe, vous participerez activement à la gestion de la montée en charge des maintenances générales du produit. En collaboration avec votre responsable de stage et en interaction avec les autres acteurs, vos missions principales seront :
- Ajuster les prévisions de vente de pièces de rechange en tenant compte des taux de remplacement constatés chez les MRO, des maintenances planifiées, des demandes de réparations, etc.
- Identifier et remonter les taux de remplacement anormaux à la supply chain et au bureau d'étude.
- Recenser, analyser et remonter les besoins de réparations à intégrer dans la documentation technique.
- Assurer la coordination entre les différents acteurs.
- Mettre en place et maintenir les indicateurs de suivi de la montée en charge.
Compétences requises
Étudiant(e) Ingénieur dans le domaine aéronautique. Appétence pour la gestion de projet. Bon niveau d'anglais indispensable (une partie des équipes est basée au Royaume-Uni). Excellent relationnel, sens de l'organisation et rigueur.
