The headquarters of AXA Group (GIE AXA) serves as the central hub for our corporate functions, guiding and supporting our global subsidiaries. Within the Group, you will be part of the Group Underwriting Office , a newly established division focused on enhancing the performance of our insurance portfolio and reinforcing our commitment to technical excellence.
YOUR ROLE AND DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Purpose of the Position
The primary objective is to create, drive, and enable initiatives across the GUO and GIE, encompassing various topics such as AXA GO/TDO, Global Business Services (GBS – AXA's Service Centre), Data Procurement/Ai, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives and provide support to the Head of Group Transformation & Operations, collaborating closely with all members of the Group Transformation & Operations Team.
- Oversee high-level projects and manage complex and sensitive information to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Responsible for AXA GUO Engagement and leading GUO interactions with Group functions.
- Accountable for GUO Procurement and outsourced services, formulating a clear strategic roadmap.
- Manage the AXA GUO Budget, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
Support to Head of GUO Transformation & Operations
- Organize and lead meetings and workshops with meticulous planning and coordination.
- Guide strategic projects and initiatives from inception to completion.
- Prepare and revise documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven ability to drive change in a matrix and international environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Over 5 years of experience in managing business unit budgets and procurement strategies.
Language Proficiency
- Fluent in French
- Fluent in English
- Spanish is an advantage
