Job Title: Sales Lead for Emerging Markets

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our team at Amadeus. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships with large digital players, such as social media companies, superapps, mobility players, and digital video companies. Your mission will be to attract these players into the travel industry and contract them to use Amadeus' existing solutions and new ad-hoc ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities with digital players, maintaining or increasing revenue and profitability.
  • Customer Excellence: Develop a relationship structure between Amadeus and customer organizations, facilitating and fostering relationships to maximize information flow, influencing, lobbying, and customer satisfaction.
  • Account Management: Manage the targeting, sale, negotiation, and contracting processes for additional products and services, ensuring contract execution for the interest of both Amadeus and the customer.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Amadeus departments to act on priorities and objectives to meet account development plans and deliver unified responses to customers.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of product and service delivery to customers, escalating delivery issues and requesting improvements as needed.

Requirements:

  • Business Acumen: Knowledge of Amadeus' portfolio across different units and business acumen, innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Industry Knowledge: Broad understanding of the travel industry and ability to use it to improve efficiency, recommend solutions, and influence strategy.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and coordinate functional teams or projects.
