What We're Looking For

We're seeking a talented Digital Sales Leader to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for managing the sales team, achieving growth, and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to identify, approach, and close key customers.
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads.
  • Lead a team of sales and business development professionals.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience in enterprise sales in a SAAS, Digital Marketing, or E-commerce company.
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience, leading a team of sales and business development.
  • Strong communication skills in both writing and speaking (both English and French).
  • Extensive portfolio of Digital, SEO, and SEM agencies.
  • Passion for testing, measuring, and improving outreach and follow-up effectiveness.
