Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our International Moving & Relocation company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate crews for moving & relocation projects, ensuring efficient crew management and maintaining quality standards.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market, arranging and conducting client visits and presentations to showcase our services.
- Provide support to the sales team as needed to achieve targets, serving as the primary point of contact for client complaints and escalating issues as necessary.
- Oversee moving & relocation paperwork processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining updated crew tariff and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Source and book appropriate moving & relocation crew members, ensuring correct packing procedures for fine art shipments and conducting surveys and access checks as required.
- Perform quality checks to maintain service excellence, serving as a supervisor for moves and compiling rates for moving & relocation services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or operations management within the moving, relocation or logistics industry.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the relocation industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
