About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to join our team at LTM GROUPE OPERATIONS. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for implementing our strategic objectives, commercial, marketing, and financial plans for our production unit.

You will be responsible for organizing and animating your agency by developing activity plans and allocating tasks to your team members. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, maintaining client and supplier relationships, and contributing to our recruitment and personnel management policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the industrial strategy defined by the general management for your agency.
  • Define the annual budget in collaboration with the general management.
  • Participate in the monthly management meeting and establish reports related to the management of the agency.
  • Apply and ensure the application of the Group's HSE policy.
  • Alert the general management to any potential budget deviations.
  • Promote the image of the agency within the framework of the Group's overall strategy and the values of the Company.
  • Supervise the execution of technical studies and cost estimates in response to tender calls.
  • Conduct commercial negotiations.
  • Organize and formalize the reception of installations.
  • Ensure commercial follow-up and client relations.
  • Represent the company at the local level, with respect to its external environment (clients, prospects, suppliers, partners).
  • Supervise the welcome of clients at the company's headquarters or on construction sites.
  • Receive material or product orders from clients directly or indirectly (via commercial services).
  • Guarantee the continuity of the order book and plan production in the medium and long term (load plan).
  • Plan and organize production teams.
  • Supervise the coordination on site of functions directly or indirectly related to production: manufacturing, maintenance, methods, studies...
  • Ensure the restocking of stocks to guarantee the volumes and prices fixed at the time of the order.
  • Work in coordination with the studies department.
  • Pilot the administrative follow-up of affairs: quotes/orders/receipts/invoices/...
  • Guarantee the good application of the rules of prevention of health and safety of teams on production sites: follow-up of work accidents, respect of hygiene, wearing of safety equipment.
  • Follow the evolution of ongoing projects and ensure the availability of teams, materials, and equipment (product manufacturing, production, material transformation).
  • Control the profitability of operations and alert to any deviations.
  • Lead production teams and external service providers working on the site (motivation, coordination, setting of objectives).
  • Animate the management of teams on the production site: recruitment, promotions, annual interviews, management of disputes (absences, accidents...).
  • Apply the Group's HR policy.
  • Actively participate in the sessions of the representative bodies of personnel: social and economic committee (CSE).
  • Impulse and lead the implementation of actions aimed at compliance with regulatory requirements in terms of working conditions, safety, quality, and respect for the environment.
  • Ensure the evaluation and training of collaborators.
  • Favor the welcome of control bodies (technical, safety) and certification bodies (quality, rating)
Requirements
  • Previous experience in managing a specialized agency in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
  • Thorough knowledge of CVC equipment.
  • Mastery of the latest regulations on energy optimization.
  • Able to manage a team and coordinate projects.
  • Skills in consulting and customer service to meet client needs.
