About the Role

iad UK is seeking a highly skilled Business and Operations Manager to support the growth of our European operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Europe, working closely with our local teams and country managers to develop and implement growth strategies.
  • Operational Excellence: Analyze and improve operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers, to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends, and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports to senior management on business performance, market trends, and operational issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in business development, operations management, or a related field, with a strong track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
