About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team in Continental Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients across Europe, with a focus on France, UK, Benelux, Switzerland, and the US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in Continental Europe
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including pension funds, mutual funds, hedge funds, and private equity firms
  • Work closely with our IRIS analysts to provide clients with actionable insights and market opportunities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key growth sectors, including Technology, Healthcare, and Circular Economy
  • Collaborate with our sales and trading team to execute investors' orders and sell IRIS research

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-7 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in a financial services or investment banking environment
  • Demonstrated track record of success in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Existing network of non-conventional investors, including single and multi-family offices, particularly in Continental Europe
  • Fluent French and English language skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach to opening new client relationships
