Qu'est-ce que nous recherchons?

Nous recherchons un Service Delivery Manager expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe de services numériques.

Quels sont vos responsabilités?

  • Être l'interface privilégiée du client
  • Participer fortement à la satisfaction client
  • Piloter les contributeurs aux engagements (SLA, KPI..), le delivery est assuré depuis nos centres de services en France,
  • Responsable du suivi des incidents, demandes et des problèmes
  • Garantir la qualité du contrat de services
  • S'assurer du respect des délais de livraison projets
  • Participer fortement à l'amélioration continue du service
  • Assurer la coordination entre le client et les équipes projet.
  • Assurer les Reporting vers le client (Copil, Cotech ) et le management Thales.

Quels sont vos qualifications?

  • Titulaire d'un BAC+5 (École d'ingénieurs ou université avec spécialisation dans le domaine de l'informatique)
  • Expérience significative en pilotage de contrats d'infogérance
  • Expérience significative de responsable d'équipe et de pilote de projet technique sur des systèmes prépondérants de grande taille
  • Solide culture des différentes approches managériales, méthodes organisationnelles et de développement
  • Connaissances en infogérance, infrastructure, réseaux, système ou sécurité
