Principal QA Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal QA Engineer - Pricing Integration to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our Pricing Integration & Orchestration department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our pricing integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of QA methodologies and best practices within the Pricing Integration & Orchestration department.
- Collaborate with internal development partners to understand their designs and intended output, ensuring seamless integration with our pricing integration solutions.
- Develop and execute test strategies, leveraging your technical expertise to identify and mitigate potential issues.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying your expertise to drive innovation and improvement within the department.
- Proven experience in test management tools, such as Octane, and testing tools, such as Robot framework, TTS, and Postman.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including agile, SAFE, Scrum, and Kanban, and the role of QA in each development phase.
- Proficiency in various testing tools and frameworks, including manual testing, automated testing, unit testing, integration testing, system testing, regression testing, functional testing, non-functional testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
