Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead and shape our evolving product vision. As a key member of our Product department, you will collaborate with diverse teams to streamline product elements and ensure everything aligns seamlessly with our long-term ambitions.
Responsibilities- Product Strategy & Planning
- Develop a clear product roadmap prioritizing features and initiatives based on user needs and business objectives.
- Own and drive product performance, including business, client/user, and technical performance, with a strategic view.
- Product Execution
- Be the go-to product expert, deeply understanding the product in all its details.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to iteratively deliver features according to the predefined roadmap.
- Customer/User Insight
- Be the expert on user personas and customer needs within your product domain.
- Regularly integrate customer feedback from multiple channels into the product development process.
- Hard Skills:
- Mastery of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban for product development and delivery.
- Ability to work with data to make informed decisions.
- Sufficient technical understanding to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership skills to inspire, guide, and mentor cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills to present product strategies, updates, and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
