Overview of the Global Operations Graduate Program
The Global Operations Graduate Program (GOGP) is a specialized initiative aimed at exceptional recent graduates, designed to fast-track their development towards exciting career paths within EssilorLuxottica's Global Operations framework.
This program is conducted across various Operations Centers: France, Italy, USA, Thailand, Mexico, and Brazil, and spans a total duration of two years. Participants will be allocated to a specific center based on their preferences, qualifications, and organizational needs.
You will embark on this journey and immerse yourself in the vast domain of operations, gaining insights into a variety of industry subjects and experiencing a work environment where technology, innovation, and product enthusiasm are paramount. Following the completion of the program in the host country, there will be opportunities for international assignments.
Program Structure
From the outset, participants will be integrated into one of the Operations Divisions (including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Logistics, R&D, Sourcing, Quality, and New Product Introduction) while also engaging in various training initiatives. After the first year, a job rotation within the same division will be implemented, allowing participants to broaden their perspectives, acquire new technical skills, and receive mentorship from experienced leaders.
To enhance professional development, practical experience will be complemented by a structured training program covering diverse topics. The initial phase will involve an Academy that spans the first six months, providing a comprehensive overview of Operations and laying the foundation for subsequent learning experiences. During this time, participants will be encouraged to engage with the program and the organization, fostering a strong community through meaningful connections with fellow trainees. Following this, participants will delve into various management subjects with a prestigious European Business School, aimed at cultivating essential strategic competencies for a career in Operations. Finally, participants will have the opportunity to apply their knowledge through an individual Project Work, focusing on an innovative initiative and presenting it to senior leaders.
Essential Qualifications:
A degree in STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or Economics, obtained within the last year or expected in the near future. Up to one year of professional experience post-Master's Degree. Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous. Significant intercultural exposure through work or study abroad for a minimum of four continuous months. Willingness to commence the program as scheduled. Eligibility to work in the host country without requiring visa sponsorship. Preferred Attributes:

Selection Process Overview

Note that the final assignment will depend on the alignment with available roles. If your profile meets the eligibility criteria, you will be invited to undertake an online individual assessment evaluating various aspects of your personality, cognitive skills, and English proficiency (if applicable).
Successful candidates will proceed to an online interview with our Talent Acquisition specialists. Following this, you will participate in an online group assessment, collaborating on a real business case. Top candidates will then engage with our business leaders, first virtually and subsequently in person, for a rigorous final round. The application period will conclude on the specified date.
