We are a global leader in hospitality, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting our Executive Director of Sales and their team with sales-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to sales leads and travel partner inquiries in a timely manner
  • Assist Directors of Sales Luxury & Lifestyle with their sales requirements
  • Organize and conduct sales presentations to travel partners
  • Communicate efficiently with respective hotels
  • Update CRM system with updated database information and groups leads
  • Generate sales reports based on requirements
  • Support luxury sales team members with events organizations and invitation processes
  • Ensure accurate luxury sales data generated and updated at hotel level
  • Support deployment and follow-ups of loyalty programs
Requirements:
  • Typical background: 2-3 years of experience in luxury sales/meetings & events at hotel or regional/global sales level
  • Presentation and English skills
  • Event management skills
  • Administrative skills in using Microsoft tools
