About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Support Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Key Account Managers in structuring, managing, and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, focusing on Logistics Players, Cargo Owners & Urban Logistics & Last Mile Delivery actors.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with relevant client information, ensuring accurate and timely data.
  • Coordinate and schedule regular meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients in line with KAM recommendations & tactics.
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Support the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track progress against targets.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (preferably Salesforce).
  • Fluent English and French language skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
