Position: Technical Sales Engineer Apprentice at Orange Business Services
Role Overview:
- Gain expertise in technical solutions and enhance understanding of network infrastructures.
- Collaborate with the sales department to deliver technical assessments and detailed descriptions for business proposals.
- Evaluate client inquiries, liaise with specialist teams, and maintain communication with the sales force.
- Contribute to the formulation of technical and functional solution outlines tailored to client specifications.
Candidate Profile:
- Solid technical foundation in data networking, IP systems, voice/data integration solutions, or network security.
- Strong listening abilities, independence, commitment to customer satisfaction, analytical thinking, synthesis, and writing proficiency.
- Proficiency in English is advantageous.
Additional Insights:
Enhance client relationship management skills and broaden knowledge in telecommunications.
Engage closely with sales teams, potentially visiting client locations, and operate on an international scale.
