En tant que Responsable de Comptes Stratégiques, vous établirez des relations profondes et de confiance avec nos plus grands clients à des niveaux de direction élevés. En dirigeant une équipe ciblée, vous comprendrez les besoins et défis clés de nos clients en matière d'affaires et de réseau, puis créerez et fournirez des solutions pour améliorer leurs opérations, offrant ainsi des performances mesurables et supérieures. Ce rôle dynamique vous permettra d'être responsabilisé et récompensé pour générer et créer de la valeur pour nos clients clés. Dans ce rôle essentiel, vos principales responsabilités incluront, sans s'y limiter :
Établir et développer des relations clés avec les parties prenantes à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur du laboratoire de nos clients et de leur système de santé élargi, en les exploitant pour stimuler la croissance. Fournir des solutions de diagnostic de bout en bout à des comptes d'entreprise grands et complexes, en mettant l'accent sur la rétention, la pénétration et la croissance pour générer une activité rentable et durable qui dépasse les attentes des clients. Diriger une équipe interne interfonctionnelle pour exécuter un plan de compte stratégique pour chaque client d'entreprise ; coordonner les activités à travers l'ensemble du réseau client et de santé pour maximiser la croissance et les résultats pour les clients. Être responsable de la planification globale de la gestion des comptes stratégiques, y compris la découverte du plan stratégique à long terme d'une grande organisation complexe et sa conversion en une solution gagnante pour le client ; superviser la planification détaillée des comptes et les prévisions de ventes ; négocier des contrats et tous les prix entraînant des engagements à long terme. Fournir un leadership organisationnel et un développement commercial des équipes et des individus par le biais de coaching et de mentorat.Qualifications Requises :
Diplôme de premier cycle en commerce, sciences de la vie, ingénierie ou discipline technique connexe. Plus de 2 ans d'expérience en tant que partenaire/vendeur consultatif gérant des entreprises B2B. Expérience de travail avec des dirigeants et des C-suites dans les secteurs de la santé, de l'informatique, des communications, de la technologie ou du conseil.Qualifications Préférées :
Antécédents prouvés d'opération à un niveau senior dans une organisation commerciale au sein d'un environnement matriciel. Expérience dans la gestion et la négociation de processus de vente de solutions complexes, multi-niveaux et multi-parties prenantes dans les secteurs de la santé, de l'informatique, des communications, de la technologie ou du conseil. Expérience dans la direction d'accords d'entreprise complexes de plus de 1 million de dollars. Un MBA ou équivalent est fortement apprécié.
