Lead Hospitality Partnerships at Lightspeed

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our hospitality partnerships efforts, driving strategic growth and innovation across our point of sale and online ordering platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage a high-performing team responsible for product integration partnerships across hospitality platforms.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships to accelerate our product roadmaps and build product moats in the hospitality space.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute our 'build/buy/partner' framework, driving business growth and innovation.
  • Develop and negotiate strategic partnership agreements that meet the company's strategic needs while ensuring mutual benefit to both parties.
  • Manage results with partner companies through regular governance processes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships in the point of sale, payments, or hospitality SaaS space.
  • Proven results working across legal, product, and commercial teams, with a track record of delivering executional plans with measurable impact.
  • Experience in a global SaaS environment, with a preference for fast-growth and global companies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage at an executive level both internally and externally.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fluid, fast-paced, and unpredictable environment, with a strong focus on ethics, integrity, and business judgment.
