Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Coface, a global leader in trade credit insurance and risk management, is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in France. As a key player in our sales process, you will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, conducting outbound prospecting, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inbound Lead Qualification:
    • Respond to and qualify marketing-generated inbound leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
    • Analyze potential clients' needs and align them with our solutions.
    • Schedule meetings and demos with qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Outbound Prospecting:
    • Proactively identify and engage potential customers through targeted outbound efforts, including calls, emails, and social media.
    • Research and map out key decision-makers within target accounts to establish active communication and engagement with new prospects.
    • Clearly communicate our value proposition to generate interest and set up meetings for the sales team.
  • Pipeline Management and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM system.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
    • Provide feedback and insights on lead quality, market trends, and prospecting strategies.
Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales development or business development, with a focus on upper mid-market or enterprise clients.
  • Strong commitment to relationship-building.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and match them with our solutions.
  • Highly motivated and tenacious, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) and other sales enablement or prospecting applications (e.g. Sales Navigator).
