Job Summary
CybelAngel is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team in the DACH market. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and engaging with high-level personas across large organizations, identifying key decision-makers and champions, and generating new opportunities from inbound and outbound leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify large enterprise and strategic target accounts to identify key decision-makers and champions.
- Generate new opportunities from inbound and outbound leads.
- Engage with prospects via phone and email to analyze their needs and identify pains where CybelAngel can support.
- Overcome prospect objections to generate sales-qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on lead quality and conversion and work closely with Marketing to support key marketing campaigns.
- Become a trusted resource for internal and external contacts.
- Use lead gen software and tools to execute and plan work more efficiently.
Requirements
- Fluent in Deutsch and English.
- A 'Hunter' mindset, not afraid to pick up the phone and cold-call prospects at every opportunity.
- Highly motivated and ambitious to succeed in sales.
- Team player and ability to work in a dynamic sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
- Resilient and tenacious attitude towards succeeding and finding opportunities.
