Job Summary

CybelAngel is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team in the DACH market. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and engaging with high-level personas across large organizations, identifying key decision-makers and champions, and generating new opportunities from inbound and outbound leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify large enterprise and strategic target accounts to identify key decision-makers and champions.
  • Generate new opportunities from inbound and outbound leads.
  • Engage with prospects via phone and email to analyze their needs and identify pains where CybelAngel can support.
  • Overcome prospect objections to generate sales-qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on lead quality and conversion and work closely with Marketing to support key marketing campaigns.
  • Become a trusted resource for internal and external contacts.
  • Use lead gen software and tools to execute and plan work more efficiently.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Deutsch and English.
  • A 'Hunter' mindset, not afraid to pick up the phone and cold-call prospects at every opportunity.
  • Highly motivated and ambitious to succeed in sales.
  • Team player and ability to work in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Resilient and tenacious attitude towards succeeding and finding opportunities.
