Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Antwerp, Belgium (Hybrid home/office/field)
Salary Package:€50,000 – €60,000 Base + Variable Bonus + Benefits.

- Global presence with offices in UK&I, The Netherlands, Belgium, USA, Australia, and Africa.
- PE backed organization with consistent 22% growth both organic and through acquisition.
- Well-established client base of over 35,000 customers spanning multiple sectors.
The Role:
- Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders within an existing client base in Belgium.
- Identifying commercial growth (up/cross sell) opportunities within your portfolio of 30 accounts, delivering expert demos.
- Build and leverage your regional network to develop net new business opportunities.
The Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of B2B technology / SaaS sales experience in the Benelux region.
- Expert in client relations and stakeholder management with excellent communication skills.
- Competitive, self-driven, and resilient with a consistent track record of target achievement.
- Able to deliver structured and compelling sales presentations face to face and via video call.
- Professional business fluency in French and English language. Dutch would be a bonus.
The Process:
- 30 min video call with HR Manager
- 60 min video call with Sales Director
- 60 min F2F meeting and presentation to sales leadership team
