Senior Account Manager

At Zayo, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales revenue by actively promoting our products and services to targeted account bases.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, securing long-term commitments and driving revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of customers, industry trends, and our services to achieve sales objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, tracking and analyzing sales performance and activities in our CRM tool.
- Provide timely and accurate information to management, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- 3+ years' experience in solution selling into Enterprise or Wholesale accounts.
- Existing Carrier contacts, understanding of Carrier Network architecture, and OSP.
- Strong financial acumen and demonstrated success in achieving targeted sales goals.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with Salesforce experience a plus.
