Job Summary

As a Business Development Manager at Boston Scientific Gruppe, you will be responsible for increasing the number of patients treated with and market share of Endobariatrics products through management of the Business Development Specialist Team. This role requires developing and leveraging relationships with key HCPs and the Hospital administration. Additionally, you will collaborate in the development of education and training programs for physicians (inpatient and outpatient) and hospital staff on franchise product line including patient identification, patient referral, implant, and follow-up procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Grow therapy and product knowledge in all medical sectors
Support patient identification and patient treatment
Drive patient channelization through different medical sectors
Develop sales and market presence through complex team management (MDT) focusing on increasing patient flow and Direct to Referral
Covering new contract designs and negotiations involving all products & solutions within the defined territory

Requirements

An advanced degree in business, marketing, or a relevant medical field is preferred
5-7 years of experience in sales within the medical devices industry
Fluency in English is required
