Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Strategist to become a part of DSTNY France as a Strategic and Operational Marketing Executive (apprenticeship). This position allows you to play a vital role in shaping the marketing strategy of the organization while honing your skills in a vibrant and engaging setting.

Department Overview

You will be integrated into the marketing & communication team, working alongside 5 colleagues across 3 key areas: Marketing, Channel Marketing, and Communication.

Your Duties

Market Analysis, Product Insights & Competitive Landscape

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential risks
  • Analyze target demographics and develop detailed personas
  • Engage in product strategy formulation and launch initiatives
  • Evaluate competitors and suggest strategies for differentiation

Promotional Activities

  • Develop sales support materials for the sales team and partners
  • Create campaign messaging and implement inbound marketing strategies

Strategic Oversight

  • Carry out competitive and technological surveillance
  • Provide insights to refine existing strategies

Candidate Profile

  • • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing, Strategy, International Business, or a related field
  • • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • • Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities
  • • Familiar with market analysis and strategic monitoring tools
  • • A collaborative team player who is self-sufficient and well-organized
