Nous recherchons un Service Delivery Manager pour l'un de nos clients grand compte.
Le Service Delivery Manager est responsable de la livraison des services du client, en assurant la qualité et la satisfaction des clients.
Les principales responsabilités incluent :
- Gestion des incidents majeurs et suivi des délais de résolution
- Pilotage de la cellule de crise et suivi des plans d'amélioration de la production
- Préparation des Comités Opérationnels et suivi des engagements du client
- Production de rapports post-incident sur les incidents P1 de responsabilité
Le candidat idéal possède une formation supérieure et/ou une expérience d'au moins 4/5 ans dans un poste similaire. Il doit avoir des connaissances techniques et organisationnelles des environnements de production dans le secteur bancaire.
Les compétences requises incluent :
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec les équipes et les clients
- Vision stratégique et capacité à anticiper les évolutions du secteur
- Capacité à inspirer et à guider les équipes vers l'atteinte des objectifs
- Savoir établir des indicateurs de suivi et mettre en place des processus de contrôle efficaces
