Job Summary

The Associate Director of Advancement Services is responsible for planning, directing, and managing initiatives in the KCTCS Advancement Office to support fundraising for the KCTCS System Office and local colleges. This includes managing relationships with colleges, identifying needs, and developing strategies to address them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with Advancement staff at KCTCS colleges
  • Organize peer team meetings and maintain department SharePoint page
  • Create templates, FAQ guides, and other tools to address college needs
  • Coordinate peer team agendas and provide professional development opportunities
  • Oversee scholarship administration and gift entry support
  • Implement and maintain platform for alumni engagement and online giving
  • Lead annual KCTCS Giving Day fund raising campaign
  • Update procedures and support daily operation of the Advancement Office

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Fundraising, or related field
  • Five years of relevant experience or equivalent
  • CFRE preferred but not required
